3-Ingredient Cottage Cheese Pizza Strips


Ingredients (makes about 8 strips):
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a bowl, mix cottage cheese and pizza sauce until well combined.
Step 3: Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a rectangular layer.
Step 4: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
