Sizzling Shrimp and Steak Packed with Bold Flavor


This sizzling shrimp and steak dish is the ultimate surf-and-turf combo!

Ingredients:
1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-size cubes
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
½ cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese (optional)
Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:
Season the Steak & Shrimp
Pat steak and shrimp dry. Season both with salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

Sear the Steak
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak cubes in a single layer. Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness. Remove and set aside.

Cook the Shrimp
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Add shrimp and cook for 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables
Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic to the pan. Sauté for 30 seconds, then add sliced peppers and onions. Cook until tender-crisp.

Combine Everything
Return steak and shrimp to the skillet. Toss everything together so it’s coated in the flavorful garlic butter sauce. Sprinkle cheese on top if using and let it melt.

Serve Hot
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately. Enjoy it on its own, over rice, mashed potatoes, or even low-carb cauliflower rice.
