Ingredients
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp dried oregano
Salt & black pepper, to taste
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup crumbled feta or goat cheese
2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
Preparation Method
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Tomato Mixture:
In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the halved cherry tomatoes, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes soften and release their juices.
Assemble the Dip:
Transfer the tomato mixture into a small baking dish.
Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the top, followed by Parmesan and crumbled feta (or goat cheese).
Bake:
Place the dish in the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
For a golden top, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end (watch carefully to prevent burning).
Garnish and Serve:
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh chopped basil.
Serve warm with toasted baguette slices, crackers, or pita chips.
Enjoy this cheesy, flavorful dip while it’s warm and gooey for the best taste and texture!
