Creamy Chicken and Biscuit Bake

Ingredients:

3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

½ cup sour cream

½ cup milk

1 ½ cups chicken broth

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon salt

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)

2 tablespoons melted butter

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat Oven:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a 9×13 baking dish.

2️⃣ Make the Creamy Filling:

In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Stir in chicken and frozen vegetables.

3️⃣ Assemble:

Pour the chicken mixture evenly into the baking dish.

Place biscuits on top of the mixture (whole or cut in half if you prefer smaller pieces).

Brush biscuits with melted butter and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top if using.

4️⃣ Bake:

Bake for 30–35 minutes until biscuits are golden brown and cooked through and the filling is bubbling.

5️⃣ Serve:

Let cool for 5 minutes, then serve warm.
