Prep & Cook Time: 25 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients
4 lamb chops
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Marinade
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
2️⃣ Marinate the Lamb
Rub the marinade evenly over the lamb chops, making sure they are well coated on all sides.
Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature (or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for deeper flavor).
3️⃣ Preheat the Air Fryer
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3–5 minutes.
4️⃣ Cook the Lamb Chops
Place the lamb chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, depending on
thickness and desired doneness:
8 minutes → Medium-rare
9 minutes → Medium
10 minutes → Medium-well
5️⃣ Rest Before Serving
Remove the lamb chops from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. This helps keep them juicy and tender.
