Flourless Cottage Cheese Brownies

These Flourless Cottage Cheese Brownies are rich, fudgy, and incredibly moist — without using any flour.

Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese
2 large eggs
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
A pinch of salt
Optional: 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

In a blender or food processor, blend the cottage cheese until completely smooth and creamy.

Add the eggs, honey (or maple syrup), melted butter, and vanilla extract. Blend again until well combined.

Add the cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Blend until the batter is smooth.
If using chocolate chips, fold them into the batter with a spoon.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing. This helps them firm up and develop a fudgy texture.

Enjoy your soft, chocolatey, protein-packed brownies!
