Ultimate Fresh Veggie Sandwich


A colorful, flavor-packed sandwich loaded with creamy avocado, juicy tomatoes, crunchy pickles, sharp red onions, melty cheese, and smooth mayonnaise — all layered between perfectly toasted slices of bread. Every bite is creamy, tangy, fresh, and satisfying. Simple ingredients, BIG flavor!

Ingredients:
2 slices of sandwich bread
1 slice cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
1 small tomato, sliced
½ avocado, sliced
2–3 thin slices red onion
4–5 pickle slices
1–2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Salt and black pepper (optional)

Preparation Method:
Toast the Bread
Lightly toast the bread slices until golden and slightly crispy.

Spread the Mayonnaise
Spread mayonnaise evenly on one or both slices of bread.

Layer the Ingredients
Start layering in this order:

Pickles
Red onion
Avocado slices
Tomato slices
Cheese slice
Season
Sprinkle a little salt and black pepper over the tomatoes and avocado for extra flavor.

Assemble & Serve
Place the second slice of bread on top, press gently, slice in half, and serve immediately.
