
Creamy Alfredo Fettuccine:
Ingredients
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan
- 1 tbsp Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water.
- In a skillet, melt butter and add heavy cream. Simmer 3–4 minutes.
- Stir in parmesan, Chef Bae seasoning, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Add pasta and splash of pasta water until sauce becomes extra creamy and glossy.
- Garnish with parsley.
Saucy Grilled Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1½ tbsp Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup heavy cream
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken with olive oil, Chef Bae seasoning, paprika and garlic powder.
- Grill or pan-sear until golden and cooked through. Rest then slice.
- In same pan melt butter and sauté garlic.
- Add chicken broth and cream. Simmer until thick and saucy.
- Return sliced chicken to pan and coat in sauce.
Cheesy Texas Toast
Ingredients
- 2 slices thick Texas toast
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella + parmesan blend
- Parsley
Instructions
- Spread butter and garlic powder on bread.
- Top with cheese and bake at 400°F for 8–10 minutes until golden.
- Broil 1–2 minutes for bubbly cheesy top. Sprinkle parsley.
