1 cup (100g) oatmeal
3 medium apples, grated
½ cup (120ml) water
1 ripe banana, mashed
100g (3.5 oz) dried blueberries
100g (3.5 oz) raisins
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Lightly grease a small baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
Prepare the oats
If you prefer a softer texture, blend the oatmeal slightly in a blender until it becomes a coarse flour. (Optional)
Mix the wet ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the grated apples, mashed banana, and water. Stir well until fully mixed.
Add the dry ingredients
Add the oatmeal, dried blueberries, and raisins to the apple mixture. Mix everything until evenly combined.
Transfer to baking dish
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish and gently press it down with a spoon.
Bake
Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
Cool & serve
Let it cool for 10–15 minutes before slicing. This helps it firm up.
