Creamy Keto Cheese Sauce
1 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic (minced)
¾ cup heavy cream
4 oz cream cheese (softened)
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
Topping (Optional)
Extra shredded cheddar for melting on top
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Broccoli
Steam broccoli 3–4 minutes until just tender
(Don’t overcook — keeps it bright like the photo)
2️⃣ Make the Creamy Cheese Sauce
In a skillet over medium heat:
Melt butter
Add garlic → cook 30 seconds
Pour in heavy cream
Stir in cream cheese until smooth
Add cheddar cheese gradually until melted
Season with salt, pepper, paprika
Sauce should be thick and creamy.
3️⃣ Combine Everything
Add chicken + broccoli into the sauce
Stir until fully coated
4️⃣ Bake (Like the Image)
Pour mixture into a casserole dish.
Top with extra cheddar
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes
Broil 2 minutes for golden cheesy spots
