Ingredients
For the cauliflower:
1 large head of cauliflower
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder

3 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup vegetable broth (or chicken broth)
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Cauliflower
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Remove the outer leaves from the cauliflower but keep the core intact.
Slice into thick “steaks” (about ¾ inch thick). You should get 3–4 good slices.
2️⃣ Season
Brush both sides with olive oil.
Sprinkle paprika, garlic powder, turmeric, salt, and pepper evenly.
3️⃣ Roast
Place the steaks on a lined baking tray.
Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and tender with crispy edges.

In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
