Garlic-Herb Lamb Chops Dinner

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 cup shredded cheddar & mozzarella blend

1 tbsp butter (for potato)

1 tbsp chopped spinach (optional, for color & flavor)

1 cup broccoli florets

1/2 tbsp butter (for broccoli)

Pinch of garlic powder

How to Make It :

1️⃣ Sear the Garlic-Herb Lamb Chops:

Season chops with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear 3–4 minutes per side. Add butter, garlic, parsley, and rosemary; spoon over chops for a flavor-loaded finish and restaurant-quality experience.
