Ingredients (Serves 6–8)
8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup prepared horseradish (drained well)
6 slices bacon, cooked until crispy and finely chopped
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon chopped green onions or chives
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and horseradish, and mix until fully combined.
Stir in the cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, green onions, and garlic powder.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
