Sweet & Smoky BBQ Beef Fettuccine in One Pot

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

8 oz fettuccine pasta

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 small red onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup honey BBQ sauce

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons tomato paste

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

2 1/2 cups beef broth

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (optional)

Fresh parsley, for garnish

Directions:

In a large skillet or deep saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened.

Add garlic and ground beef. Cook until beef is browned, breaking it up with a spatula—about 5–6 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes (if using).

Stir in tomato paste, honey BBQ sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well to coat the meat.

Add fettuccine pasta and pour in beef broth. Make sure the pasta is mostly submerged.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and cook for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and the sauce is thickened.

Stir in shredded cheddar cheese for extra creaminess (optional).

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
