A power-packed plate that’s fresh, filling, and flavor-loaded!
Ingredients :
1 sirloin or flank steak (about 6–8 oz)
1 tbsp olive oil (for searing)
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
For the Roasted Potatoes:
1 cup baby potatoes (halved)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt, pepper, and fresh parsley to taste
Fresh Add-ons:
1/2 avocado (sliced or halved)
1/2 cup cherry or grape tomatoes (halved)
Optional: lemon juice or chopped green onion for garnish
How to Make It :
1️⃣ Roast the Potatoes:
Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss halved baby potatoes with oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Roast for 25–30 mins until golden and crispy. This is your go-to crispy side and comfort food done right.
2️⃣ Season & Sear the Steak:
Pat steak dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Sear in hot oil for 3–4 mins per side (medium), then rest before slicing. Expect steakhouse-level flavor and juicy dinner win vibes.
3️⃣ Slice and Rest:
Let the steak rest for 5 mins before slicing against the grain. This keeps it ultra juicy and gives you that perfect tender bite every time.
4️⃣ Assemble the Plate:
Arrange steak slices, roasted potatoes, avocado, and fresh tomatoes on a plate. Add parsley or green onion for that fresh finish with flair.
5️⃣ Optional Garnish:
A quick drizzle of olive oil or lemon juice over the tomatoes and avocado adds zesty balance and next-level freshness.
