Smoked Sausage, Potato, and Green Bean Bake


Ingredients

1 lb smoked sausage (kielbasa or Polska sausage), sliced

1½ lbs baby potatoes, halved or quartered

2 cups green beans, trimmed and cut

1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

4 tbsp butter, cut into small cubes

¼ cup bacon bits

1 tsp garlic & herb seasoning

½ tsp black pepper

Salt to taste

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a glass baking dish.

Add the sliced smoked sausage, potatoes, and green beans to the dish.

Sprinkle evenly with garlic & herb seasoning, black pepper, and salt. Toss gently to combine.

Scatter butter cubes and bacon bits over the top.

Cover loosely with foil and bake for 40 minutes, until the potatoes begin to soften.

Remove the foil, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the dish, and return to the oven.

Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly golden and the potatoes are fork-tender.

Let rest for a few minutes before serving so the flavors settle together.
