Ingredients
Beef stir-fry strips
Fresh broccoli florets
Soy sauce
Beef broth
Brown sugar
Minced garlic
Sesame oil
Cornstarch
Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Cooked white rice (for serving)

Instructions
Place the raw beef stir-fry strips into the crockpot.
In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, minced garlic, and a small drizzle of sesame oil.
Pour the sauce mixture over the beef, making sure all pieces are well coated.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours, until the beef is tender.
Add the broccoli florets during the last 30–40 minutes of cooking so they remain bright green and slightly crisp.
In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with a little cold water until smooth. Stir it into the crockpot.

Continue cooking for 10–15 minutes, uncovered, until the sauce thickens.
Serve hot over cooked white rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
