Apple Pie Bread


Warm, cinnamon-spiced quick bread with apple pie filling — perfect for cozy mornings.

Ingredients

  • 1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling, mashed
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 medium apple, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon (for topping)

Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease two loaf pans.

2️⃣ In a large bowl, whisk together the cake mix, self-rising flour, and cinnamon.

3️⃣ Stir in the apple pie filling and eggs until just combined.

4️⃣ Fold in the chopped apple.

5️⃣ Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pans.

6️⃣ Sprinkle the tops with sugar and cinnamon.

7️⃣ Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

8️⃣ Cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

9️⃣ Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
