Ingredients
1½ lbs chicken breasts or thighs (boneless, skinless)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 cup heavy cream or cooking cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp dried Italian herbs (optional)
Fresh parsley for garnish

Preparation Method
Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides and fully cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt the butter and add the cream. Stir gently and bring to a light simmer.

Add Parmesan cheese and Italian herbs, stirring until the sauce thickens slightly.

Return the chicken to the pan and simmer for 5–7 minutes, allowing it to soak up the sauce.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
