Ingredients:
1 lb whole mushrooms (white or cremini), cleaned and patted dry
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
3–4 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning (optional)
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the marinade: In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, black pepper, and herbs if using.
