Ingredients
2 scrambled eggs
2 oz smoked salmon
A handful of arugula
Cherry tomatoes, sliced
Cucumber, sliced
Olive oil
Pink salt
Black pepper
Chili flakes
Dried oregano

Preparation Method

Scramble the eggs:
Crack the eggs into a bowl, whisk lightly, then cook in a non-stick pan over low to medium heat until soft and fluffy. Season lightly with pink salt and black pepper.

Prepare the veggies:
Wash the arugula, tomatoes, and cucumber well. Slice the tomatoes and cucumbers neatly.
