Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 slices of bacon
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix until well combined.
Press the meat mixture into a loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes.
In the meantime, cook the bacon until crispy in a skillet over medium heat.
Once the meatloaf is cooked through, remove it from the oven and top with the crispy bacon and shredded cheeses.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into thick slices.
