
Ingredients
2 slices of white or lightly toasted bread
2–3 slices olive loaf
1–2 tablespoons mayonnaise or butter
A handful of plain potato chips
Optional: a pinch of black pepper or a few extra sliced olives
Instructions
Spread the mayonnaise or butter evenly on both slices of bread. Place the olive loaf on one slice, folding it slightly for texture. Add the potato chips on top, gently pressing them so they stay in place. Sprinkle with a little black pepper if you like, then close the sandwich or serve it open-faced for extra crunch.
Best enjoyed fresh while the chips are still crisp.
