Mini Everything Bagels

These Mini Everything Bagels are soft and chewy on the inside, lightly crisp on the outside, and coated with a savory blend of seeds and spices. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or snacking, they’re bite-sized, fun to eat, and delicious with cream cheese, butter, or smoked salmon.

Ingredients
2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)
1 tbsp sugar
¾ cup warm water (about 110°F / 43°C)
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
Everything Bagel Topping
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp poppy seeds
1 tbsp dried garlic flakes or garlic powder
1 tbsp dried onion flakes
1 tsp coarse salt
For Boiling
Water
1 tbsp honey or sugar

Instructions
In a bowl, dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix and knead until a smooth, elastic dough forms (about 8–10 minutes).

Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Punch down the dough and divide it into 12–16 small pieces. Roll each into a ball and poke a hole in the center to form mini bagels.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add honey or sugar. Boil the bagels for 30 seconds per side, then remove and drain.

Arrange bagels on a lined baking sheet and sprinkle generously with the everything bagel topping.

Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.

Enjoy these mini everything bagels warm or toasted — small in size, big in flavor!
