Keto Pecan Pie Dip

Description
This Keto Pecan Pie Dip delivers all the rich, buttery, caramel-like flavors of classic pecan pie—without the carbs. Creamy, slightly sweet, and loaded with toasted pecans, it’s the perfect no-bake dessert or snack for keto lovers. Serve it with keto crackers, almond flour cookies, or fresh berries for a guilt-free treat.

Ingredients
1 cup heavy whipping cream
4 oz cream cheese, softened
⅓ cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener (adjust to taste)
2 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
¾ cup chopped pecans, lightly toasted
2 tbsp butter (optional, for extra “pecan pie” flavor)

Instructions
Whip the cream
In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

Make the base
In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

Sweeten & flavor
Add the powdered sweetener, sugar-free maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until fully combined and silky.

Fold gently
Carefully fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.

Add pecans
Fold in the toasted chopped pecans. If using butter, melt it slightly, cool, and gently swirl it in for extra richness.

Chill & serve
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors develop. Serve chilled.

Serving Ideas
Keto graham crackers or almond flour cookies
Celery sticks or apple slices (non-keto option)
Spoon it straight—no judgment
