0-Point Strawberry “Ice Cream” (Spoon-Approved!)


Creamy, cold, and totally satisfying — no blender police allowed

Ingredients
2 cups frozen strawberries (unsweetened)
1 ripe banana, frozen (natural sweetness + creaminess)
½ cup fat-free Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Sweetener of choice (optional; adds points if tracked)

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a food processor or high-powered blender.
Blend until thick and creamy.
Blend fully for a soft-serve texture, or
Pulse lightly if you like bigger strawberry chunks.
Scoop into a bowl and eat with a spoon (not a straw ).

Enjoy immediately, or freeze 10–15 minutes to firm it up more.

Tips & Variations
Add a splash of unsweetened almond milk only if needed to blend.

Swap strawberries for mango, blueberries, or mixed berries.

A pinch of lemon zest makes the strawberry flavor pop.

For extra protein, add a bit more fat-free Greek yogurt (still very filling).

Call it ice cream, call it nice cream — either way, if it keeps you consistent, satisfied, and successful, it works
