DOES ANYONE HERE ACTUALLY EAT ”STUFFED BELL PEPPERS


Ingredients

6 bell peppers (tops cut, seeds removed)

1 lb (450 g) ground beef

1 cup cooked rice

1 cup tomato sauce

1 small onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper

1½ cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook ground beef in a pan with onion and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.

Stir in tomato sauce, cooked rice, seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Stuff the mixture into the bell peppers and place them in a baking dish.

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove foil, add cheese on top, and bake 10 more minutes until melted and bubbly.

Serve hot and enjoy!
