Savory Steak Bowl with Spiced Potatoes, Creamy Avocado & Fresh Smoothie

For the Steak Bites:

1 lb beef steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into chunks

1 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt & black pepper, to taste

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

For the Spiced Potatoes:

3โ€“4 medium potatoes, peeled & cubed

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)

1/2 green bell pepper, sliced

Salt & pepper to taste

Avocado:

1 ripe avocado, cubed

Pinch of salt & black pepper

Optional Smoothie (like pictured):

1 cup strawberries

1/2 banana

1/2 cup milk or almond milk

1 tsp honey (optional)

Cook the Potatoes: Boil potato cubes in salted water until just tender. Drain. Toss with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Sautรฉ in a pan with sliced green peppers until golden and slightly crispy.

Sear the Steak: Heat olive oil in a hot skillet. Add garlic, then steak bites. Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Sear until browned and juicy, about 3โ€“4 minutes per side.

Prep the Avocado: Cube avocado and season lightly with salt and pepper.

Blend the Smoothie: Blend strawberries, banana, milk, and honey until smooth and frothy.
