Healthy Oat & Egg Breakfast Bake


Mix oats with eggs and milk and you will be amazed!
This healthy and easy breakfast is soft, flavorful, and perfect to enjoy every day. It’s made with simple ingredients, keeps you full for hours, and can be prepared ahead of time for busy mornings.

Ingredients:
1¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup oats (old-fashioned or quick oats)
1½ teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
¼ cup honey or sugar (optional, for sweetness)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil or melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk the egg with the milk, oil (or melted butter), honey or sugar, and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let it cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.

Serving Tips:
Enjoy it plain or topped with fresh fruit, yogurt, or a drizzle of honey.

Store leftovers in the refrigerator and reheat for a quick, healthy breakfast anytime.
