Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and boldly spiced — this Air-Fried Whole Tilapia with Sautéed Veggies is a complete, flavor-packed meal. Perfectly seasoned fish… smoky crust… tender vegetables… every bite is pure satisfaction!
Ingredients:

1 whole tilapia (cleaned & scaled)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp ginger powder
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp dried thyme
½ tsp curry powder
Salt to taste
1 lemon (sliced)
Fresh thyme or parsley (optional)


For the Veggies:
1 cup carrots (julienned)
½ cup green bell pepper (sliced)
½ cup green beans or snap peas
½ cup cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp black pepper
Pinch of salt
How to Make It:

1️⃣ Season the Fish:
Pat tilapia dry and make shallow cuts on both sides.
Rub with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, ginger, thyme, curry powder, and black pepper.
Stuff the belly with lemon slices and fresh herbs.


2️⃣ Prepare the Veggies:
Toss carrots, peppers, green beans, and tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.


3️⃣ Air-Fry the Tilapia:
Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
Place fish in the basket and cook for 15–18 mins, flipping halfway, until crispy and cooked through.


4️⃣ Add the Veggies:
Add seasoned vegetables to the air fryer basket during the last 8–10 mins of cooking.
Shake once so they cook evenly and stay tender-crisp.


5️⃣ Final Touch:
Remove fish and veggies. Let rest for 2 mins for juices to settle.
