Kiwi Dream smoothie recipe:


A refreshing, creamy, and nutrient-packed green smoothie

Ingredients:

2 ripe kiwis (peeled & sliced)
1/2 banana (for creaminess)
1/2 cup spinach (for extra nutrients)
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp honey (optional)
A handful of ice cubes

Instructions

Prep the fruit
Peel and slice the kiwis. Cut the banana into chunks for easier blending.

Add to blender
Place the kiwis, banana, spinach, coconut water, Greek yogurt, and honey (if using) into a blender.

Blend until smooth
Blend on high speed for 30–60 seconds, or until the mixture is creamy and smooth.

Adjust texture
Add ice cubes and blend again until you reach your desired thickness.

Thicker smoothie: add more ice or yogurt

Thinner smoothie: add a splash of coconut water

Serve immediately
Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy fresh for the best flavor and nutrients.
