The Cobb Salad is a classic American salad that’s hearty, fresh, and packed with protein. It combines crisp lettuce, juicy grilled chicken, crispy bacon, hard-boiled eggs, creamy avocado, ripe tomatoes, and blue cheese. This salad is perfect as a filling lunch or a light yet satisfying dinner, offering a delicious balance of flavors and textures in every bite.

Ingredients
2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup iceberg lettuce, chopped
1 large chicken breast, grilled and sliced
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 avocado, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cup blue cheese or feta cheese, crumbled
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the dressing (optional):
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar or lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 small garlic clove, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation Method
Wash and dry the lettuce thoroughly, then place it in a large salad bowl as the base.
Arrange the grilled chicken, eggs, bacon, avocado, tomatoes, and cheese neatly on top of the lettuce in rows or sections.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar (or lemon juice), Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.

Toss gently if desired, or serve as arranged for a beautiful presentation.
