Grilled Chicken:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
Β½ tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
Tomato Basil Salad:
1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes (halved, mix of red & yellow for color)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar or lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
1 garlic clove (minced)
Salt & cracked pepper to taste
Spicy Aioli:
2 tbsp mayo
1 tsp sriracha or hot sauce
Β½ tsp lemon juice
Pinch of garlic powder

Grill the Chicken:
Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Grill or pan-sear for 5β7 mins per side until fully cooked. Rest, then slice thin.
Make the Salad:
In a bowl, toss halved tomatoes with olive oil, vinegar (or lemon), basil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate while the chicken cooks.
Mix the Aioli:
