
Ingredients:
¾ lb ground chuck
2 large eggs
3 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
¼ cup onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp Kicking Chicken seasoning
½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
⅓ cup real bacon bits
1 cup pork rinds, crushed (makes about ½ cup once crushed)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a medium bowl, add all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Spray a muffin tin or brownie pan with nonstick spray.
Divide the meat mixture into 9 equal portions and press into the pan.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Switch oven to low broil and broil for an additional 5 minutes to brown the tops.
Let rest a few minutes before serving.
