
Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)
Directions:
Pat pork chops dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add pork chops and sear for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and nearly cooked through.
Remove pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
Reduce heat to medium and add butter to the same skillet.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar.
Simmer sauce for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Return pork chops to the skillet and spoon sauce over them.
Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes until pork is fully cooked and coated in glaze.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
