Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel Bites

Ingredients

1½ cups creamy peanut butter
½ cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3½ cups powdered sugar (about 1 pound)
16 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (15-ounce) bag mini pretzel twists

Instructions

Make the Peanut Butter Filling
In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix until a thick, dough-like consistency forms.

Assemble the Pretzel Bites
Scoop about 1 teaspoon of the peanut butter mixture and roll it into a small ball.

Sandwich the peanut butter ball between two mini pretzels, gently pressing them together.

Repeat until all the filling is used.

Melt the Chocolate
Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.

Dip or Drizzle
Dip half of each pretzel sandwich into the melted chocolate, or drizzle chocolate over the top for a decorative look.

Set the Chocolate
Place the pretzel bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Let them set at room temperature or refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.

Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Tips
You can use dark or milk chocolate instead of semi-sweet.
