Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) ground beef or chicken
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup finely chopped onion
½ cup heavy cream or cooking cream
1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon chili flakes (optional, for heat)
Fresh parsley or chives, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
Heat the butter or olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until soft and translucent, about 3–4 minutes.
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the ground meat, season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and chili flakes. Cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it up as it cooks.

Lower the heat and pour in the cream, stirring gently to combine. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.

Add the mozzarella and cheddar cheese, stirring slowly until the cheese melts and forms a rich, creamy, cheesy sauce.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley or chives.
