LongHorn Garlic Parmesan Crusted Chicken (Copycat Recipe)


Ingredients
For the Chicken:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp olive oil
For the Garlic Parmesan Crust:
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp Italian seasoning
¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Optional Garnish:
Fresh chopped parsley

Instructions
Prepare the Chicken
Pound chicken breasts to even thickness. Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Cook the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.

Remove from heat and place on a baking tray.
Make the Garlic Parmesan Topping
In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, mozzarella, mayonnaise, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.

Add the Crust
Spread the garlic Parmesan mixture evenly over each chicken breast.

Broil
Place under the broiler for 2–4 minutes until bubbly, melted, and lightly golden.

Keep a close eye so it doesn’t burn!
Serve
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
