1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
½ teaspoon dried thyme or oregano (optional)
Vegetable oil or sunflower oil, for frying
Preparation Method:
Prepare the Pork Chops
Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
Set Up Breading Stations
Place flour in one shallow bowl.
Beat the eggs in a second bowl.
In a third bowl, mix breadcrumbs with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and dried herbs.
Bread the Pork Chops
Dredge each pork chop in flour, shaking off excess. Dip into the beaten eggs, then coat well with the seasoned breadcrumbs, pressing gently to help the coating stick.

Fry the Pork Chops
Carefully place the pork chops into the hot oil. Fry for 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 145°F / 63°C).
Drain and Rest
Transfer the pork chops to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
