
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz coconut cream
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz rum (light or dark)
1/2 oz blue curaçao
1/2 oz grenadine
1/2 oz black vodka (optional, for a darker color)
Crushed ice
Pineapple slice or cherry for garnish
Preparation:
Blend the Piña Colada Base: In a blender, combine coconut cream, pineapple juice, rum, and a handful of crushed ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Create the Galaxy Layers: Pour the piña colada mixture into a glass. Slowly pour in blue curaçao, allowing it to settle at the bottom. Add a splash of grenadine for a reddish hue and, if desired, a small amount of black vodka for a dark contrast.
Layer the Drink: Use a spoon to carefully layer the different colored liquids for a galaxy effect. Avoid stirring so the colors stay distinct.
Garnish and Serve: Garnish with a pineapple slice or cherry on top.
