Steak & Shrimp Pasta – Creamy, Savory & Dinner-Worthy


Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

Steak & Shrimp

1 ribeye or sirloin steak

½ lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp smoked paprika or Cajun seasoning

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Pasta & Sauce

8 oz fettuccine or penne

2 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

½ tsp Italian seasoning

Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

Cook the Pasta:
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Steak:
Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
Sear steak 3–4 minutes per side (medium-rare).
Rest 5 minutes, then slice.

Cook the Shrimp:
In the same skillet, add shrimp, paprika or Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.

Make the Sauce:
Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic; sauté 30 seconds.
Pour in heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
Simmer until slightly thickened. Stir in Parmesan.

Combine:
Add pasta, steak, and shrimp to the sauce. Toss until coated.

Serve:
Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
