Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup milk (or almond milk)
1 medium apple, peeled and grated
1 egg
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Butter or oil for cooking
Method (Preparation Steps):
Place the oats in a blender and blend until they become a fine flour.
In a mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk the egg, milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
Fold in the grated apple gently.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
Pour small amounts of batter into the pan to form pancakes.
