
Ingredients:
Pastry:
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
(250 g)
Filling:
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
(200 g)
1 tablespoon olive oil
(15 ml)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh thyme or parsley
1 cup grated Gruyère cheese
(100 g)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F / 200°C and line a baking sheet.
Sauté mushrooms in olive oil with garlic until soft, season lightly.
Spread mushrooms and Gruyère down the center of pastry, cut sides into strips and braid over filling.
Bake 18–22 min until puffed and golden, slice and serve warm.
