
Creamy, comforting, and super easy!
Ingredients
1 box cauliflower pasta (we used Veggiecraft Farms)
Vegetable broth (enough to fully cover pasta)
Heavy whipping cream (for extra creaminess)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Onion powder
Garlic
Diced ham
Shredded cheese (we used Mexican blend and mild cheddar)
Mozzarella cheese, for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Pour the uncooked pasta into an 8×8 baking dish.
Add enough vegetable broth to completely cover the pasta. Stir in a splash of heavy whipping cream if desired.
Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic. Stir to combine.
Mix in the ham and shredded cheeses.
Top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until bubbly and pasta is tender.
Stir immediately after removing from the oven and serve hot.
Tip:
We eyeballed everything to our liking—adjust seasonings, cheese, and creaminess as you prefer!
