1 thick-cut pork chop
2 tbsp BBQ sauce (your fave!)
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp olive oil
For the Potatoes:
2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt & pepper to taste
For the Greens:
1/2 cup tenderstem broccoli (or regular broccoli)
Pinch of salt
Optional: drizzle of olive oil or lemon
