INGREDIENTS

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
3 eggs
½ cup vegetable oil
1 cup hot milk
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
HOW TO MAKE IT
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a cake pan.
In a bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and pale.
Add oil, vanilla, and vinegar, mix well.
Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix gently.
Slowly pour in hot milk, stirring until smooth.
Pour batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool, slice, and enjoy
