Ingredients
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1½ cups almond flour
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon baking powder
4 eggs
Optional: 1 teaspoon salt or garlic salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
In a bowl, mix all ingredients until fully combined.
Spoon batter into a greased or silicone muffin pan.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
