How To Prepare “Sandwich” Keto Quesadilla

This one turned out so good and feels like comfort food without the carbs.

Ingredients

Carb Right tortilla

Shredded mozzarella cheese

Shredded turkey

Brie cheese, cut into small chunks

Instructions

Layer shredded mozzarella, turkey, and brie on one half of the tortilla.

Fold over to form a quesadilla.

Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden and melty.

Toppings

Guacamole

This weekend I prepped soup veggies, and Costco had their superfood salad marked over half off. It’s amazing in egg roll in a bowl, so I grabbed two packs and am freeze-drying three bags, plus extra pho herbs that would’ve gone bad.
