Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1 cup toffee bits
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Butter or parchment paper (for greasing/layering)
Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat the Oven:
Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease with butter.
2️⃣ Prepare the Batter:
In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Stir until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix until fully incorporated.
3️⃣ Add Dry Ingredients:
Add flour, baking powder, and salt to the wet mixture. Stir just until combined — do not overmix.
Gently fold in shredded coconut, toffee bits, and chocolate chips.
4️⃣ Bake:
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
5️⃣ Cool & Slice:
Allow to cool completely in the pan. Once cooled, lift using the parchment and cut into bars.
