These biscuits are fluffy, cheesy, loaded with bacon, and absolutely irresistible—hence the name Crack Biscuits!
🧾 Ingredients
4 oz cream cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tsp baking powder
3 large eggs
1 (1-oz) packet dry ranch dressing mix (use dry, not prepared)
1½ cups superfine almond flour
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup cooked bacon, chopped
Instructions
Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
Melt Cheese
In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave cream cheese and mozzarella for 1 minute.
Stir until smooth and fully combined.
Make the Dough
Add baking powder, eggs, ranch seasoning mix, and almond flour to the melted cheese.
Stir until a thick dough forms.
Add Mix-Ins
Fold in shredded cheddar cheese and chopped bacon until evenly distributed.
Prepare Pan
Spray a 10-inch cast iron skillet (or 9–10 inch cake pan) with cooking spray.
Shape Biscuits
Divide dough into 11–12 balls and place evenly in the skillet.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes to help them hold shape.
Bake
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
Finish
Optional: Brush warm biscuits with melted butter and sprinkle with dried parsley.
Notes & Tips
A cake pan works fine if you don’t have a skillet
Adjust ranch seasoning to taste
Bacon is optional—still delicious without it
Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat well
